Having just moved to town a couple of months ago, I haven't really had a chance to meet anyone outside of my bubble and I previously spent most of my life in Tennessee. I love what I do for work as I get to spend my day solving problems and talking to people. As a bonus, with my position, I have the flexibility not to be strapped to a desk all day and can take time off to do the things I like.
Travel is a big deal for me, and I especially enjoy going on cruises. I have also been to 47 of the 50 states. Entertaining is also something I love, whether it's going out and hanging with my friends or throwing a party myself, though I am a bit of a closet Netflix junkie when I am enjoying some down time.
I am also willing to admit that I might have a problem when it comes to my TiVo, as there is always an episode of Hero’s or Americas Got Talent or on there, and also some Oprah and 20/20 or Deadliest Catch. Watching the news is very important to me as I like to know what's happening in the world and to be able to participate in a current events conversation.
When it comes to humor, I love things like South Park. I am all about a good steak restaurant and since I am new to town, I would love to hear if you have any hidden treasures to share where that is concerned.
I am a hopeless romantic and love to make my partner feel appreciated and loved by surprising him with something great. Las Vegas is probably my favorite city, and not even because of the gambling, since I am not much of a gambler. I just like the glam, the restaurants and shows, and all the great comedy you can find there. Dance music like U2 and 80s new wave stuff is awesome, and Stevie Nicks and Madonna are two of my favorites. I especially like Madonna's older stuff and I catch all of her shows.
